Breaking News: Mandela to be featured on new bank notes
The South African reserve bank has announced that new South African bank notes will bear the image of South African icon and former president Nelson Mandela.
President Zuma told reporters that the notes would make people remember their achievements. The announcement came on the 22nd anniversary of Mandela’s release from prison.
The notes are still in production and are said to be introduced by the end of 2012. I managed to get pictures of the notes.

The current bank notes are fine. This was a very bad decision, especially doing this on all the bank notes!
